PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover of a side ditch making it possible to reduce the weight while reducing cost up as much as possible.;SOLUTION: A cover 20 is used for covering an opening of a side ditch 11 opened at the upper part and has a cover body 30 arranged at the upper part of the opening of the side ditch 11 and a side edge part 40 coming into contact with a cover container part 12 of the side ditch block 10 respectively arranged at both edges of the cover body 30 in an integral condition with the cover body 30. The cover body 30 is made of a metallic material and embedded in the side edge part 40 and has a leg 32 formed integrally with the side edge part 40.
