PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side ditch unit with a generator function which can be easily installed.;SOLUTION: The side ditch unit 4 includes: the side ditch 1; a side ditch cover 2 for covering an opening 1a which is formed above the side ditch 1; and a vibrating generator 3 which is deployed in such a manner as to receive the vibration of the side ditch cover 2 generated by a passing object or a passerby on a road. In this case, the vibrating generator 3 is mounted to the facing surface 2a facing a cover hook 1c of the side ditch 1 of the side ditch cover 2.
