PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll kiss discrimination device for discriminating the roll kiss immediately, a rolling control unit, and a roll kiss discrimination method.;SOLUTION: The roll kiss discrimination device 12 recognizes the change of distance between rolls of rolling rolls for a predetermined time and detects the change of rolling load for a predetermined time. On the basis of the input of these detected results or the detected results and thickness deviation, occurrence of the roll kiss is discriminated.
