PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a veneer decorative sheet and a veneer decorative board in which, while the beautiful appearance is maintained, the wood veneer does not break even by various bending workings.;SOLUTION: In the veneer decorative sheet formed by pasting a backing sheet on the rear of a wood veneer, there are provided, in the whole surface or a desired portion of the veneer, a large number of narrow notches which extend to the direction intersecting the fiber direction of the wood veneer, so that they may be parallel rows in a spacing of ≤1.0 mm.
