MICA CRYSTAL SINTERED COMPACT HAVING IONIC CONDUCTIVITY, MICA CRYSTALLIZED GLASS, SILICATE GLASS CONTAINING FLUORINE, AND THEIR MANUFACTURING METHODS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a sintered compact and a crystallized glass which are composed of a mica crystal as a main crystalline phase containing lithium, sodium, or calcium as an interlayer ion, show an ionic conductivity, and do not collapse in air and in water, a transparent silicate glass having a high ionic conductivity at a room temperature, and a crystallized glass having not only an ionic conductivity and a water resistance uncollapsible in air and in water but also a machinability and a transparency.;SOLUTION: In manufacturing a sintered compact and a crystallized glass which are composed of a mica crystal as a main crystalline phase containing lithium, sodium, or calcium as an interlayer ion, the range of chemical composition where they are obtained is selected and the thermal processing condition is controlled.
