PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aldosterone secretion inhibitor that favorably controls aldosterone secretion and exhibits excellent hypotensive effect, an angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor and an antihypertensive agent. PSOLUTION: The aldosterone secretion inhibitor, the angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor and the antihypertensive agent each comprise an active ingredient obtained by treating royal jelly with a proteolytic enzyme using endo-form neutral protease derived from Bacillus subtilis. The active ingredient contains peptides of Ile-Tyr, Val-Tyr and Ile-Val-Tyr. The active ingredient acts so as to inhibit information transmission of RAS (renin-angiotensin system)-aldosterone system.
