PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb blast shock waves due to explosion, eliminate flying materials and damp explosive sounds when detonating explosive materials.;SOLUTION: This flying material and explosive sound eliminator comprises a heat and impact resistant thermoplastic resin plate 1 facing a explosive source and having a number of holes at random and granular resin 2 uniformly placed over outside thereof in the state of being packaged with an explosive-proof sheet. If necessary, the granular resin is wholly covered with the explosive-proof sheet. Besides, it is further covered with a heat resistant and continuously porous material 11 having sound-proofing effects.
