PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Shogi game through which a player can enjoy the original fun of Shogi by judging a tactic used by the player. PSOLUTION: This Shogi game server for providing the player accessing by using a portable terminal with the Shogi game comprises: the Shogi game progress control means for controlling the progress of the Shogi game by making the player move a piece; and a tactic judgement means for judging the tactic of the player playing the game on the basis of position information indicating the position of a specific piece on a Shogi board.
