Furthermore, the centroid and/or the maximum of the emitted radiation of fluorochromes is/are determined for differentiating between different dyes, and/or for determining the local dye composition of a pixel if plural colors are being used simultaneously, and/or for determining the local displacement of the emission spectrum according to the local environment to which the dye is bonded, and/or for determining the ion concentrations based on the emissivity-identifying dyes.
