LOCKING/UNLOCKING CONTROL DEVICE FOR BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking/unlocking control device for a building capable of easily and positively performing locking/unlocking control of a lock for the building by an electronic key for a vehicle.;SOLUTION: This locking/unlocking control device 12 is provided with a control unit 23 disposed within a door of a house 2, and an analysis unit 25 constituted independently of the control unit 23 and attachable to and detachable from a connector 28 of the control unit 23. A plurality of vehicle model codes and decryption algorithm are recorded in a signal analysis part 24 of the analysis unit 25. The signal analysis part 24 decodes a signal and collates it using the vehicle model code and decryption algorithm for the vehicle when a vehicle ID signal and a vehicle transport signal are inputted from the electronic key 42 for the vehicle, and outputs the result to a house side microcomputer 22.
