METHOD TO PLAY BACK OR RECORD DOWNLOADED MUSICAL CONTENTS, TERMINAL AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a play back method of musical contents, a terminal and a program with which musical contents downloaded from an official distribution server are play backed by AAC+SBR and musical contents downloaded from an unofficial distribution server are play backed by the AAC only.;SOLUTION: The terminal holds a registration address list of a distribution server address. The terminal receives page information including the distribution server address, downloads musical contents and stores the distribution server address, that is related to the musical contents, into a musical contents storage section. When the musical contents are to be played back, judgement is made whether the distribution server address is included in the registration address list or not and when the distribution server address is included in the registration address, decoding is conducted by an AAC decoder and an SBR decoder. When the distribution server address is not included, decoding is conducted only by the AAC decoder to play back the musical contents.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
