PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an administer sheet by which one can always confirm the day and time of administering and whether or not one have taken medicine.;SOLUTION: The administer sheet 1 has an administering day and time display face 9 on which the administering time of the medicine is shown in respective sealing portions 6 in which tablets 5 are sealed. For example, the number of date and time of administering, and the characters such as "morning", "daytime", "night" are written or printed. A taker recognizes the day and time when he should take the medicine sealed within the portions from the display. Further, in the case when he forget to take, he can understand to have forgotten to take because medicine is left in the sealing portion on which the past day and time is displayed. Furthermore, in the case that he forgets to have taken and tries to take medicine repeatedly even though he has already taken, there already is no medicine in the sealing portion 6 of the medicine to be taken on that day and time, thereby he or her confirms to have taken to prevent repeated administration.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
