PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a real-estate-related adviser who gives advice related to a real estate to a consumer intending to purchase a house.;SOLUTION: A real-estate-related adviser support system 100 supports the real-estate-related adviser who gives the advice related to the real estate to the consumer. The system 100 includes an advice usage information storage means 11 for storing advice usage information to be used for the advice related to the real estate; and an advice usage information transmission means 15 for reading the advice usage information from the advice usage information storage means 11 in response to a request from a real-estate-related adviser terminal 20 which is used by the real-estate-related adviser (step S109) and transmitting the advice usage information to the real-estate-related adviser terminal 20 via a communication network 30 (step S110).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
