PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stronger copyright protecting function.;SOLUTION: The biological information of a user and an equipment ID are previously registered in a content management server from a reproducing device provided with a biological information sensor. The content management server confirms whether the equipment ID transmitted by the reproducing device corresponds with a registered one in response to a download request of content data from the reproducing device. When the ID corresponds, the registered biological information is transmitted as key information by encrypting the content data. Thereby, the reproducing device for downloading the content data is the one registered reproducing device, and only the user who can input the registered biological information can reproduce the content data. That is, the content data can be reproduced by the combination of the registered user and reproducing device, and the stronger copyright protecting function can be provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
