PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit of a monolithic chip wherein an influence of mismatching of repetitive cells is reduced to such a level that the influence doesn't matter practically.;SOLUTION: Repetitive cells are constituted which comprise a plurality of circuit configurations wherein; source electrodes of transistors are connected in common; the common connection points are taken as current supply terminals and constant current sources are connected to the common connection points; input signals are supplied to respective gate electrodes INP and INN; load resistances R3 are connected to respective drain electrodes; and respective drain electrodes are used as output terminals OUTN and OUTP. Resistances R1 are connected between current supply terminals of repetitive cells, and resistances R2 are connected between output terminals OUTN and OUTP of repetitive cells, and thus an influence of variance in common mode voltage and operation speed, which is caused by mismatching of current sources or the like is reduced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
