PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metabolism analysis method for enhancing measurement sensitivity on nuclides of a small natural abundance ratio such as ¹³C and ¹⁵N as to a metabolism analysis method for a plant utilizing NMR.;SOLUTION: In the process of growing a plant from a seed or a germinated seedling, a nutrition source labeled with at least one kind of stable isotope is supplied to a plant, thereby manufacturing a labeled plant uniformly labeled with the stable isotope. NMR measurement is performed on an individual of the labeled plant, on a part of the individual, or on an extract therefrom, thereby obtaining nuclear magnetic resonance information on a biological material containing the stable isotope.
