PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring working hours by using a plurality of portable electronic devices at the working facility of perishable foods, a delivery center or the like where there are many workers who work while moving.;SOLUTION: A target measuring time 1 is set for each average measuring interval period in a measuring method used by the portable electronic device to be used for work measuring, a measuring result acquired before and after the target measuring time 1 is regarded as a result obtained at the target measuring time 1, overlapping of measured values acquired by the plurality of portable electronic devices is avoided to obtain working hours from the product of measurement points and the average measuring interval period.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
