PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business performance evaluation system which provides consistency between evaluation for employees to be evaluated and a company's policy to clearly grasp the contributions of the employees to the company and their compatibility to a change in policy, and also provide its program.;SOLUTION: The business performance evaluation system is provided with; a business performance request means 19 which divides the contents of business into a plurality of business units and inputs the performance of business in each evaluation object for each business unit; a business performance storage means 15 which stores the performance of the business in association with the identification information of each evaluation object; an evaluation score request means 18 which gives priority order to each business unit and sets an evaluation score for each business unit according to the priority order; and an evaluation score storage means 14 which stores the evaluation score. The business performance evaluation system computes an evaluation value to the performance of the business based on the performance of the business stored in the business performance storage means 15 and the evaluation score stored in the evaluation score storage means 14, and outputs the evaluation value to a display or the like.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
