PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expedite a report on a use record from a user of transportation facilities, attain rationalization of office processing work accompanying billing processing, and attain improved convenience for a user as well as reduced accounting work expenses.;SOLUTION: When a transportation facility is used by an employee to make a business trip, a user reserves a ticket to be issued for use of the corporate-contracted transportation facility from a user's terminal device 10 through a communication line N. ID information for user identification is preregistered in an air or railway ticket issuing computer system S owned by the transportation facility. The user reports to a travel expense settlement system of the present invention after returning from the business trip. Expense billing information from the transportation facility is fetched into the travel expense settlement system. While the report information and the expense billing information are cross-checked, settlement is made based on the expense billing information.
