STATOR FOR SLOT-LESS DC BRUSHLESS MOTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator having advantages in shortening a shaft length of a slot-less DC brushless motor.;SOLUTION: This stator 1 for the slot-less DC brushless motor has a stator core ring 2 of which the section surface is rectangular and a sleeve-shaped stator coil 3 attached at the inner side. A coil winding linear portion 4 of respective phases of the stator coil 3 has coil side portions 41, 42 (effective edge portions) disposed along a circular inner-periphery surface 21 of the stator core ring 2, and coil end portions 43, 44 (ineffective edge portions) disposed along both edge surfaces 22, 23 of the stator core ring 2 orthogonally bent to the outside in a radial direction. The whole length in a center line direction can be shortened without need for shortening the effective length of the stator coil 3, thus shortening the axial length of the motor.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
