PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control agent of insects harmful to vegetables and of vegetable diseases, which exhibits good dispersibility in water without using a surfactant (provided that glyceride surfactants are excluded), sticks well to vegetables or pathogenic or harmful insects living therein, and therefore exhibits excellent controlling effects on pathogens or harmful insects to vegetables. PSOLUTION: This control agent of insects harmful to vegetable and of vegetable diseases comprises an agrochemical active ingredient, a polyglycerol fatty acid ester and a vegetable oil.
