PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating type amputating device for docking tails of animals which has no power cord and enables a user to dock a tail quickly by taking a lightweight grasping part to the tail of the animal moving around and to replace a heating blade easily.;SOLUTION: The heating type amputating device has the heating blade 4 and a blade receiving part 5 opening and closing like a pair of scissors for easily docking the tails of animals, has both the heating blade 4 and an electric heater 25 detachably incorporated into one piece, has the heating blade 4 replaced easily, and uses a storage battery 10 as a power source.
