METHOD FOR PRODUCING PLEUROTUS CITRINOPILEATUS EXTRACT POWDER

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing Pleurotus citrinopileatus extract powder obtained by extracting Pleurotus citrinopileatus without spoiling delicious taste components contained in fresh Pleurotus citrinopileatus, and drying the extract into powdery one. PSOLUTION: The method 1 for producing Pleurotus citrinopileatus extract powder comprises the following processes: a drying process S1 where the fresh Pleurotus citrinopileatus is dried; a hot water extraction process S2 where Pleurotus citrinopileatus extract is extracted from the dried Pleurotus citrinopileatus; a spray-dry process S5 comprising an extract spraying process S3 where the Pleurotus citrinopileatus extract is sprayed, and a dextrin component spraying process S4 where dextrin components are sprayed; a powder collection process S6 where the spray-dried Pleurotus citrinopileatus powder is collected; and a grading process S7 where the grain size of the collected Pleurotus citrinopileatus extract powder is graded.
