PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peptide derivative that promotes membrane fusion in endosome.;SOLUTION: The peptide derivative comprises fusion peptide, coiled coil domain and transmembrane domain where the fusion peptide is a tryptophane residue, the coiled coil domain has a random structure in the neutral condition (pH 7.5, solid line) and has a coiled-coil structure in the acidic condition (pH 4.5, dotted line) and the transmembrane domain is a stearic acid-bearing peptide derivative.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
