METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING PRESTRESSED CONCRETE FLOOR SLAB BY USING PRECAST CONCRETE SLAB

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a PC floor slab which enables a precast concrete slab to be integrated by continuing in a jointless state, and which is so excellent in load resistance that it can be used for a wharf and a runway, locally subject to great weight.;SOLUTION: PC tendon insertion holes are pre-opened in a penetrating state in both diagonal positions of the square precast concrete slab A. The many PC tendon insertion holes are longitudinally and horizontally arranged in a state wherein four peripheral sides of each of them are supported, so as to form the floor slab. The continuous PC tendon 30 is inserted through all the PC tendon insertion holes of the plurality of precast concrete slabs A adjacent to one another in the diagonal direction, and both ends of the PC tendon 30 are tensioned and anchored to both side parts of the floor slab, so that each of the precast concrete slabs A can be diagonally prestressed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
