PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a printer which can print a pattern for correcting a transfer amount to determine a correction amount of the transfer amount of a printing sheet for every divided predetermined segment.;SOLUTION: In the printer, a circumferential face of a transfer roller for transferring the printing sheet is virtually divided to a plurality of circumferential faces along a rotation direction, and the correction amount for correcting the transfer amount is set for every virtually divided circumferential face.
