PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coenzyme Q10 preparation that is efficiently and orally absorbed even in a person having poor oral absorption of coenzyme Q10, readily taken even in an aged person and a sick person and has improved oral absorption.;SOLUTION: The coenzyme Q10 oral preparation having improved absorption is prepared by dispersing coenzyme Q10 into a saturated fatty acid polyhydric alcohol ester solid at a normal temperature. Preferably the blending ratio is 0.1-100 parts wt. of coenzyme Q10 based on 100 parts wt. of the saturated fatty acid polyhydric alcohol ester. An 8-22C saturated fatty acid glycerol ester is preferably used as the saturated fatty acid polyhydric alcohol ester.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
