PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxidation-reduction water making method capable of providing oxidation-reduction water of low oxidation-reduction potential and having a desired pH value without relying on pH, oxidation-reduction water made by this method and an oxidation-reduction water making apparatus capable of making oxidation-reduction water.;SOLUTION: In the method for making the oxidation-reduction water having oxidation-reduction potential and pH desired by a user from target water, a pH control agent is added to the target water to adjust the pH of the target water, the target water adjusted in its pH is housed in an electrolytic cell, first and second electrodes having a predetermined interval therebetween and the third electrode arranged between the first and second electrodes are inserted in the electrolytic cell in which the target water is housed and AC voltage is applied across the first and second electrodes while DC voltage containing an AC component obtained from AC voltage using a rectifier is applied to the third electrode to lower the oxidation-reduction potential of the target water.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
