PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermometer for controlling precisely a temperature in thermal modification analysis.;SOLUTION: This thermistor type thermometer 26 for monitoring directly the temperatures of insides of cells 20, 22 used in the thermal modification analysis of a sample includes thermal conductive parts 70 with one-portions inserted into the cells 20, 22, and having thermal conductivity for the temperatures of the insides of cells 20, 22, and thermistors 72 connected to the thermal conductive parts 70, and having electric resistances in response to the temperatures of the insides of cells 20, 22 transmitted via the thermal conductive parts 70, and estimates the temperatures of the insides of cells 20, 22, on the basis of the electric resistances of the thermistors 72.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
