FIXTURE FOR GUIDING POWDER AND CORE ROD, AND POWDER PACKING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture for guiding powder and a core rod(s) with which, even if powder is packed while the side faces of a vessel are tapped or the vessel is vibrated, the positioning of a core rod(s) in the vessel can be correctly performed, and to provide a powder packing method where powder can be packed while the core rod(s) can be correctly positioned using the fixture for guiding, and, if required, compression molding such as CIP (Cold Isostatic Pressing) can be performed without destroying the vessel.;SOLUTION: The fixture 10 for guiding is used for packing powder M into a tubular vessel, and further burying a core rod(12) inside the powder to be packed. At the time of packing power into a vessel whose upper part is opened or burying a core rod(s) inside the powder, after the fixture for guiding powder and a core rod(s) is inserted into the vessel, powder is charged from the upper opening part of the vessel, and, while the packing of the powder into the vessel is performed by tapping the side faces of the vessel or vibrating the vessel, the fixture for guiding is drawn out to the upper part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
