PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of calculating entry possibility of an object case of clinical trial for every contract trial organization by use of a case database, and autonomously determining an optimum combination of contract trial organizations and allocation of the number of cases to be consigned thereto. PSOLUTION: In this clinical trial management system, the occurrence frequency of the object case is calculated for every contract trial organization based on personal information and case information related to object case patients, the object case number estimated to occur during an execution scheduled period is calculated for every contract trial organization based on the occurrence frequency, and this is multiplied by a consent acquisition rate to estimate the acceptable case number for every contract trial organization. Otherwise, among combinations of contract trial organizations in which the total of the acceptable case numbers is an execution scheduled case number or more, a combination of contract trial organizations with a minimum number of contract trial organizations and a minimum contract trail cost and the allocation of the number of cases to each of these contract trial organizations are determined by mathematical programming, and the total number of acceptable cases, or contract trial organizations and the numbers of cases to be consigned to these contract trial organizations are reported.
