PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external heat insulating wall material double-used as a form that can serve as the external heat insulating material while being effectively used as the form, and to provide a construction method of an external heat insulating wall using the external heat insulating wall material double-used as the form that can form the external heat insulating wall of a skeleton.;SOLUTION: The external heat insulating wall material double-used as the form with a surface formed of a backing material is of four-layer structure composed of a heat insulating board with furring strips arranged, backing mortar, mesh and surface mortar, wherein tighteners such as nails inserted by driving or the like from the surface mortar can be fixed to the furring strips.
