PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for providing various services by extracting required information while preventing the information which is not desired to be opened to outside of the hospital from being leaked. PSOLUTION: A manager is made to input and set mask information indicating nonpermission in provision of information relating to the information which cannot be opened to outside, and only information indicating permission in provision of the information by the mask information is to be extracted to an external server 3 which is located outside the hospital from an in-hospital server 1. Each of service applications 2-1 to 2-n to have been produced for every service provides a service after reading and utilizing the individually needed information from among pieces of in-hospital information extracted by the external server 3. Thereby the information such as personal information of patients etc. which is not desired to be opened to outside of the hospital, can be prevented from being leaked to outside.
