PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that accurate driving work daily reports are not prepared in the contract transport industry.;SOLUTION: A managing personal computer connects an IC tag reader/writer and records driving work schedule information in an IC tag loaded ignition key. An immobilizer equipped with an IC tag reader/writer for a truck or the like sends the driving work schedule information of the IC tag loaded ignition key to a car navigation system. The car navigation system or the like records driving work result information in the IC tag loaded ignition key after transportation work based on the driving work schedule information.
