PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a system for activating positive communication between persons by providing a basis to appreciate a service capable of acquiring information concerning a retrieval object principal with the retrieval condition of only a name on the Internet and exchanging information such as connection from both sides, etc.;SOLUTION: As a method for specifying the principal and acquiring attribute information and connection tool information from a large amount of name information including the existing exactly same name, an individual portal site for previously putting information together into a prescribed form is established and registered in a retrieval engine at every individual portal site. Since information, etc., which is constituted of a proper content which a retrieving person wants to know, does not exist in the existing Internet name information, correct information which is generated by the above method and provided from the individual portal site is necessary and effective.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
