PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method in which the physicomental state of a human is comprehensively evaluated in a many-sided manner. SOLUTION: Concentrations of a plurality of index substances reflecting a plurality of side faces of the physicomental state are measured simultaneously. On the basis of the combination mode of concentration change patterns of the respective index substances, the physicomental state is comprehensively evaluated preferably by being collated with an evaluation standard which is settled in advance. When this technique is applied to a subject using the commercial product or a subject in a specific environment, the sensitive quality of the commodity or the environment is comprehensively evaluated.
