PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality analyzer capable of executing quality evaluation hard to be affected by inappropriate judgments even when the inappropriate judgments are included in inspection results of products used in the quality evaluation.;SOLUTION: This apparatus executes quality evaluation in a production system including an inspecting machine which judges whether or not the product is good for each of a plurality of inspection items and outputs the inspection results including the judgment results. The apparatus is provided with a receiving part 121 for receiving inspection results from the inspecting machine, a filtering item-determining part 125 for storing items to be eliminated from quality evaluation objects among the inspection items, and a summing part 132 for executing quality inspection and outputting the result with excluding the judgment results of the eliminated items from the inspection results when the inspection results are received by the receiving part 121.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
