PRODUCTION PLANNING METHOD IN PRODUCTION LINE HAVING REWORK PROCESS AND ITS PRODUCTION PLAN SYSTEM

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production planning method and a production plan system capable of preparing a production plan for a prescribed term with high accuracy by using a computer in a production system for producing a product having a rework process in production process procedures. PSOLUTION: The production planning method comprises a new component input recalculation step for using correction parameters FSBi, j/SBfor total input rates CSBi, j/SBby production processes, a product completion required amount ASBj/SB, a product yield BSBj/SBcollected as a result value, and the total input rates CSBi, j/SBby production processes and return rates DSBi, j/SBby production processes to recalculate the inputs XSBi, j/SBof the new component, and a load allocation step to each production process for allocating a load to each production process constituting a production line daily so as to be able to obtain the product completion required amount ASBj/SBon the basis of the recalculated inputs XSBi, j/SBof the new component in the new component input recalculation step to draft a production plan for a prescribed term.
