PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer-executable program for making a computer function as an higher system, allowing reception of the notification of occurrence of a phenomenon requiring special processing from a lower system, and allowing performance of the instruction of the special processing, to the lower system. PSOLUTION: By means of this program making the computer execute a process for supporting a production plan for a product, the computer is made to execute a first display procedure for specifying a lot that is a target of the special processing, on the basis of request information for requesting the special processing to the production plan received from a lower-system processing system managing a work process, accordance with the production plan, and list-displaying it on a display unit; and a second display procedure for list-displaying wafer information about each wafer or lot information about each lot, such that breakage inside the lot can be recognized visually, on the basis of the wafer information including a result obtained by performing the processing according to the production plan.
