PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conduction noise suppressor having a conduction noise suppressing function, and also to provide a conduction noise countermeasuring method using the same.;SOLUTION: The conduction noise suppressor 1 comprises: a base substance 2 containing a binder; and a conduction noise suppressing layer 3 which is the integral body of part of the binder of the base substance 2 and a metallic soft magnetic substance containing one ore more elements selected among a group of iron, cobalt, and nickel. The conduction noise suppressor 1 is arranged near a wiring circuit inside an electronic component or near a wiring circuit on a substrate so that the conduction noise suppressing layer 3 is electromagnetically coupled to a conductor of the wiring circuit inside the electronic component or with a conductor of the wiring circuit on the substrate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
