PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call log recording device and a call log generation method thereof which can easily grasp call by each customer.;SOLUTION: In a call center system, equipped with an exchange connected to an outside line and a plurality of extensions, an extension telephone connected to the extensions, and a CCS server 5 connected to the exchange, a call log information storing portion 5c, accumulating a record of a call having arrived at the extension from the outside line in a storing portion 5d as call log information by a call state notification notified from the exchange, and a call log generating portion 5e generating a record of a call of one or more extensions calling with the outside line from the call log information as customer call log information which records a call per outside line, are provided in the CCS server 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
