The use of a 5-HTSUB1B/1D /SUBreceptor agonist in the treatment or prevention of headache that results from administering an endothelin receptor antagonist; and the combination, comprising an endothelin receptor antagonist and a 5-HTSUB1B/1D /SUBreceptor agonist is described.
