PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject cleaning system capable of rapidly and readily completing the production of tofu (bean curd), cleaning empty mold boxes, etc., during the operation of a tofu producing line, recycling and reusing the empty boxes, etc. ;SOLUTION: A tofu producing line A having a cylinder apparatus P for thrusting a pushing cover, a cleaning line B for empty mold boxes, a cleaning line C for pushing covers and a stock line D for mold boxes are installed. The line A and the line B are laid side by side, the line C is placed on the line A and the line D is arranged on the line B. In the line B, tofu waste is roughly removed from empty mold boxes 1 with water or warm water by a shower apparatus, the empty mold boxes are cleaned in an alkali liquid tank, the alkali liquid is roughly removed in a shower apparatus, the empty mold boxes are dealkalized with warm water at 80°C by a warm water tank and cooled by a water shower apparatus.
