PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a can-shaped product having high strength and uniform structure by applying electrical heating pressurized sintering to titanium or ceramic powder.;SOLUTION: In a can-shaped product sintering die constituted of a die 1 used for forming the can-shaped product, an upper-punch electrode 11, a lower-punch electrode 12, a distance piece 6, an upper-electrode pressing plate 9 and a lower-electrode pressing plate 15, an upper-punch guiding hole 2 at an upper part of the die and a lower-punch guiding hole having larger diameter by a little than the diameter of the upper-punch guiding hole at a lower part are arranged. The direct-electrical heating-pressurize sintering is applied to powdery material filled up a die cavity through the upper/lower electrode pressing plates 9, 15 in contact with the upper end surface of the distance piece and the end surface of a lower-punch electrode table part 14, and the can-shaped product having the sintered density at the bottom part and the side wall part and high strength and uniform structure can be formed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
