PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to select an appropriate medicine for his/her symptoms without memorizing his/her own personal information. PSOLUTION: A center control system 50 stores personal information, general medicine proper use information, general medicine stock information, and retailer information in advance. When receiving symptom information from a consumer terminal 10, the center control system 50 collates the general medicine proper use information, the symptom information and the personal information with one another. Then the center management system 50 sends this collation result information to the consumer terminal 10 via a communication network 100. At a request from the consumer terminal 10, the center management system 50 collates the retailer information, the personal information and the general medicine stock information with one another.
