ORGANIC SILANE COMPOUND AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME AND ORGANIC THIN FILM BY USING THE SAME

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic thin film excellent in peeling resistance and also having a high ordering property, crystallinity and conductive characteristic, and a compound used for producing the thin film and a method for producing the same. PSOLUTION: This organosilane compound is obtained by substituting silyl group on a molecule expressed by formula (I) [wherein, x1, x2 satisfy 1≤x1, 1≤x2 and 2≤x1+x2≤8; y1, z1 are each 2-8; y2 and z2 are each 0-8; and its skeleton may be substituted with a hydrophobic group]. The method for producing the organosilane compound is provided by halogenating the molecule of formula (I) and reacting a silane derivative. The organic thin membrane is provided by arranging the organosilane compound molecules so as to position the silyl groups at a substrate side and the molecule (I) part at the film surface side.
