CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND STRUCTURE FOR JOINING COLUMN-BEAM FRAME BY USING WOODEN STRUCTURAL MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method and a structure for joining a column-beam frame by using a wooden structural material, which exert a seismic control action brought about by energy absorption, during earthquakes etc., and which are suitable for "seismic control reinforcement in a state wherein residents live in a building".;SOLUTION: A plurality of prepared holes are drilled in the axial direction of the material from a butt end of a beam material; a female screw pipe is fixed to the back end of the prepared hole; and a stiffening steel pipe is inserted into a front side. A recess for receiving a shear force transfer element is provided at the butt end. A connecting steel material, wherein a bolt is welded to both ends of a low-yield-point steel rod capable of being inserted into the hollow part of the stiffening steel pipe, is provided, and inserted into the hollow part of the stiffening steel pipe so as to be joined to the female screw pipe by means of a screw; and the bolt at the other end is protruded to the butt end the beam material. The plurality of prepared holes are drilled in the axial direction of the material from a butt end of a column material, and the female screw pipe is fixed by being pushed into each of the prepared holes. A steel box fitting, which is formed in such a box shape as to have almost the same outside dimensions as those of the butt ends of the column material and the beam material, wherein a bolt hole is provided in a surface joined to the column material and beam material and which is provided with the shear force transfer element, is provided. The bolt, which is screwed into the female screw pipe of the column material, is fastened through a bolt hole of the box fitting, so that box fitting can be joined to the column material. The bolt, which is protruded to the butt end of the beam material, is passed through the bolt hole of the box fitting; and the nut is fastened to the bolt, so that the box fitting can be joined to the beam material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
