PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make good use of a part, suppressing a plan drawing up work from being complicated. PSOLUTION: In a drawing up method of a plan, when a part group 30 is removed from an unit in checking (S1), the other part group selected of a waiting spare part group 23 is assigned to the unit (S3), the part group removed from the unit is added to the waiting spare part group 23 (S2), and the part is rotated between a plurality of units. In the part group 30 selected out of the waiting spare part group 23, when there is the part 30 whose remaining life is shorter than the operation hours till the next check, the part 30 is additionally stored in the other spare part group 24 (S4). In the other spare part group 24 which is already stored, when there is a replaceable part 30 whose remaining life is not less than the operation hours till the next check, and which belongs to the same part category, this is incorporated into the part group 30 selected out of the waiting spare part group 23 (S5).
