PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the connection structure of solar-cell elements for mutually connecting the solar-cell elements inhibiting the erosion of a silicon substrate due to the alloy layer of silver and aluminum, being difficult to damage even in the thin silicon substrate and being capable of obtaining an excellent connection having a high reliability and a solar-cell module using the connection structure and having the high reliability.;SOLUTION: The connection structure of the solar-cell elements contains the solar-cell elements forming backside collecting electrodes 6 formed by applying paste comprising aluminum on the non-light receiving surface side and baking paste and using silicon as the substrate 1.
