PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store a board-like article in a short time while it is horizontally held and to facilitate to take out the board-like article. SOLUTION: A handbag for a board-like article is a handbag made of a film consisting of a bag body part 1 and a portable part 2 and wherein the portable part 2 consists of two tape-like films both ends of which are welded on fused edges 6 and on two intermediate parts of which there exist portable reinforcing parts 8 and in a board-like bag body part 1, one of both side edges 5 wherein gusset foldings 9 are formed is opened and a double-sided pressure- sensitive adhesive tape 11 protected with a release tape 10 is sticked on the opened side edge and a perforation 12 is formed between both fused edges of the top face film 7. The manufacturing method thereof comprises a gusset folding process, a opening process, a tape-like film welding and fusing process in this order while a tube-like film is transferred and in addition, a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape sticking process, a tape-like film laminating process and a perforation forming process are provided on an arbitrary position.
